During our recent road trip, we stumbled upon a charming country house that exceeded our expectations. Initially just a stopover, we found ourselves wishing we could stay longer. Our room was spacious and flooded with natural light, and the views of the garden were a nice touch. The terrace outside was perfect for relaxing with the family, while the kids enjoyed the peaceful pool area. Each morning, we started our day with a delightful breakfast at €5 pp, offering plenty of choices that satisfied our little ones. The kids also had fun exploring the accessible picnic area just a short walk away. Staff were friendly and made us feel at home, discussing nearby attractions like the abandoned village of Grenadilla, which we hope to explore next time. Parking was convenient and free, and we appreciated that our family dog was welcomed without extra charges. A wonderful experience, and we are looking forward to returning for a longer stay.
